Sail into the UNESCO site of Geirangerfjord. Your excursion programme offers the opportunity to take a tour to experience panoramic views of the fjords, mountains and the breathtaking Trollstigen pass before joining the ship again in Molde.

Today you visit Trondheim. Excursions include the medieval Nidaros Cathedral or the enthralling Ringve Music Museum.

Crossing the Arctic Circle, you continue to the modern town of Bodø. Join the Glacier Adventure or the Saltstraumen Safari to witness the king of the birds, the sea eagle.

Arrive in Tromsø, the capital of Arctic Norway. Enjoy its modern shops and cafés, the stunning Arctic Cathedral or explore Arctic life in the Polar Museum and Polaria Centre.

Following an early call at Hammerfest you arrive in Honningsvåg, the portal to the wonders of the spectacular North Cape.

The vistas and sea life become more dramatic as you approach Kirkenes. After disembarkation and depending on the flight schedule, there may be time for sightseeing before taking the evening flight to Longyearbyen.

After a welcome meeting at a local hotel you transfer to board MS Fram. Arriving in Barentsburg in the afternoon, enjoy some sightseeing, an optional visit to the Pomor museum and the Folklore show at the Cultural house. At night you head out of the Isfjord, sailing northbound along the coast of the Prince Karls Forland passing the Kongsfjord and “the Seven Icebergs” before reaching Spitsbergen’s northwest corner.

Depending on the weather- and ice conditions you sail to the Woodfjord area. In the Liefdefjord see the astonishing front of the Monaco glacier. Polarcirkel Boat landing in the afternoon. In good ice-conditions we cross the 80th parallel and sail up to Moffen Island. In the late afternoon you sail past the Raudfjord, then continue south. At night time you pass the well known Magdalenefjord and Wagonway glacier.

Cruising in the Krossfjord where you spend the day visiting cultural sites, birdcliffs and glacierfronts. Arrive in Ny Ålesund and take a guided walk of the town, visit the museum and enjoy souvenir shopping. After leaving Ny Ålesund you cross the Kongsfjord to Blomstrand. At night continue southbound along the coast of Prince Karls Forland and return to the Isfjord.

Arrival back in Longyearbyen where you  disembark. Take time to enjoy the town, visit the Svalbard Museum and Svalbard Gallery. Return flight to Oslo.
